Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 21 August 2026
These Terms set the rules for using Abundhunt CRM. They are written to be readable while covering the essentials found in reputable SaaS agreements: accounts, your data, acceptable use, third-party integrations, fees, liability, and termination.
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Abundhunt CRM, our websites, and related services (the "Service") provided by Abundhunt.
By accessing or using the Service, requesting a demo, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
2. The service
Abundhunt is a vertical SaaS CRM for IT hardware dealers, system integrators, service providers, and AMC vendors. Features may include lead capture, quotations, telephony and WhatsApp integrations, field service tooling, asset/warranty/AMC management, and dashboards, as described in your plan or order form.
We may improve, add, or modify features. We will not materially reduce core paid functionality without reasonable notice, except where required for security, legal compliance, or third-party platform changes.
3. Accounts & access
- Keep login credentials confidential and notify us of suspected unauthorised use.
- You are responsible for activity under your tenant, including users you invite and roles you assign.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep billing contacts current.
4. Your data & content
You retain ownership of data you submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant Abundhunt a limited licence to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Data solely to provide and secure the Service.
You represent that you have all rights and consents needed to upload Customer Data — including lead data from ads, WhatsApp communications, call recordings/references, and technician location data collected under your policies.
You must not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or use the Service to spam, harass, or violate telecommunications or messaging platform rules.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Probe, scan, or breach security or authentication measures
- Reverse engineer the Service except where permitted by law
- Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties without our written consent
- Interfere with other customers or overload infrastructure
- Use integrations in ways that violate Meta, Google, WhatsApp, or carrier policies
6. Third-party services
The Service may connect to third-party providers (for example telephony, WhatsApp, Meta Lead Ads, Google Ads). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Abundhunt is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or fees charged by those providers.
7. Fees, trials & taxes
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing presented at purchase or in your order form. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in writing.
Free trials or pilot access may be limited in duration and features. You are responsible for applicable taxes unless we state otherwise.
8. Intellectual property
Abundhunt, including software, branding, logos, documentation, and design, is owned by Abundhunt or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our IP to you. Feedback you provide may be used by us to improve the Service without obligation to you.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abundhunt will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Our aggregate liability arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
11. Suspension & termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or create security or legal risk.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. We may delete Customer Data after a reasonable retention window, subject to legal holds and our Privacy Policy. Export options may be available during an active subscription.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protections in your region require otherwise.
